Dear Team,
My customer is working on BQ27GDK000EVM to test their batteries. they would like to use the auto cycle mode, but they have a problem. If they start auto cycle mode either with charging cycle first or the discharging cycle first, they loose the connection after the charging stops or battery is discharged. So, it cannot go into next cycle. what could be the problem?
