Hi,
That is AEC-Q100 qualified or that it only meets some TI internal automotive qualification?
The reason I am m asking is that I need to be sure that the parts I hope to use are AEC-Q100 qualified.
On some parts the datasheet clearly states this information (i.e.AEC-Q100 Qualified With the Following Results -).
But for a part like the TPS62290TDRVRQ1 and TPS62260TDRVRQ1,
the datasheet only states "Qualified for Automotive Applications" but doesn't reference any qualification standard.
This is the only qualification statement on the datasheets for a number of parts that are under consideration.
Is there a master list that identifies TI parts that have been AEC-Q100 qualified?
Could you give me your advice?
