BQ24040: Part selection question

In our current design we are using the BQ24040. It would be perfect if we could find a chip that has the following characteristics.

-Charge battery
-Battery protection
-Separate load SoC's from battery charge
-Small package/footprint (~3x3mm) 
-no OTG functionality 

It would be perfect if somebody could help me on part selection. I had found some but they are highly complex and big components.

    Hi Maarten,

    Have you looked at the bq25120?
    It is more complex than the bq24040, but meets your needs.
    It charges the battery, has Battery Undervoltage Lockout Protection, is a power path device so it can differentiate load vs battery current, and the package size is 2.5 mm × 2.5 mm.
