Do you have the result of adjacent pin-to-pin data for TPS62260DRV?

The data is for checking whether the device causes any serious problem (Catching fire or smoke) or not when the device any pin is short between any two adjacent pins.

This is quite an old device. Do you need an automotive device for your application? If not, what does your application need?

As well, there are multiple package offerings for this IC. This will affect an FMEA.

Our Application is Automotive Camera.
Package is WSON(DRV).
Part number is TPS62260TDRVRQ1 and TPS62262TDRVRQ1.
Do you have FMEA of these device?

Thanks for confirming that you use the -Q1 version, which comes in the SON package.
