BQ27441-G1: The system is crashed with BQ27441

Dear BQ27441 teams

My customer uses BQ27441 in his system, After the battery has been charged , about an hour later,his system is crashed.He don't got any log, and don't know the reason.Does the charge voltage is greater than 4.35V can make BQ27441 abnormal?

Or could you tell the method to set the params of BQ27441?

Charging to 4,35 shouldn't make the gauge crash as there is no OV protection on the gauge. However, going above the absolute max voltage which i believe is 6V could damage the gauge.

pls review the quick start guide on how to configure the gauge.

I have one more question. If the gauge IC has confilict with the charge IC on the voltage detection,could it make the system crashed?

When you mean gauge conflicting, do you mean like bus comm collusions between the charger and the gauge? That is unlikely because they have different i2c addresses. Can you elaborate on what you mean by crashing? is the guage loosing communication and NACKing? Does the VDD pin still measure 1.8V? if the gauge looses comm, can you toggle the GPOUT pin high and low using your mcu to wake the gauge back up?

The customer designs a mobile, system crashing means the mobile is wholely crashing.
