Hi, I read that the minimum supply voltage is 0.9V. Will it protect a NiMH cell from overdischarge?

It has regulated output voltage. I am wondering where does your concern of overcharge come from?

The charge pump will draw power from a NiMH battery. So I'm wondering if the charge pump will protect the NiMH cell from overdischarge.
