LM4040: lowest FIT

 Hi my customer T. is looking for an alternative Ref with lowest FIT.

LM4040DIM3-2.5/NOPB

According to the TI, this has an FIT value of 4.2 FIT.
Since the reference diode is used 33 TIME, this value  FIT become very high. Clearly noticeable.
Currently used type SOT-23.
Question:
- Which reference diodes of TI can you offer here as alternatives, which have a significantly smaller FIT value?
- Alternative package can be used!

    Hi Kamal Najmi,

    We do have devices with lower FIT value such as, but not limited too, the TL431/ATL431/LM4030.

    Is there a certain requirement that you need?

    My customer TQS  would like a part like this one  LM4040DIM3-2.5/NOPB.

    he found two interested parts but they are too exp since he doesn't need 0.5% acc

    he prefer to stay a SC70-3.

    LM4040C25QDBZR       SOT-23  0,5%   60A – 15mA  -40°C to +125°

    LM4040D25QDBZR      SOT-23  1%      60A – 15mA  -40°C to +125°

    Has TI designs in the SC70-3 package in the portfolio for Shunt Voltage References?

    Hi Kamal,

    We do not offer those 2 devices in SC-70 (3) only SC-70 (5).

    The only voltage reference we have in SC70-3 is the REF33 family but those are series voltage references.
