LM2665: Supporting measurement

Hi,

Can I check for some supporting measurement data on:

 

(1)   Power efficiency at 1.4V, 2~4mA condition. According to datasheet, it should be 90% min, with typical 94%.

 

 

(2)   Shutdown current

 

Typ 1uA, what is the maximum and minimum value?

    We don't have the data for 1.4Vin, but Figure 15 may give you some idea.

    Regarding the 1uA typical, it is guaranteed by design, and we don't have the characterization data for the min and max limits.
