Hi
Let me ask you about TPS4H160-Q1
Is there the reference data that the leak current when the output is off due to differences the input voltage?
Best regards,
Yokota

Hi Yokota,
Are you referring to the INx voltages or the Vs voltage? Also, is there a specific voltage or voltage range you would like information on?
Thanks,
Alek Kaknevicius
Hi Yokota-san,
We have not taken this data in the past. I have ordered some EVMs for evaluation and will let you know what leakage current I measure.
Thanks,
Alek Kaknevicius
Hi Yokota,
The boards were shipped out on August 4th, so we would expect to get them either today or tomorrow. Once we get them, we can take these measurements and let you know the result. We will have results this week for sure.
Thanks,
Alek Kaknevicius
Hi Yokota,
I just did some testing in the lab, and even with the voltages you specified, my leakage values were very low. Taking a look at past measurement data, it looks like the most leakage we have ever measured from the VS pin was 2uA. In my measurements at 20V, 24V, 28V, and 32V, I was unable to get higher than this number.
Is there a required value for your application?
Thanks,
Alek Kaknevicius
Hi Yokota-san,
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee 2uA as the max leakage for the Vs pin since the maximum number in the datasheet is 5uA. The 5uA number is based on simulations we have run assuming worst case process and temperature variation with the device. Even though this number was never measured in silicon, in theory, it is possible with the right manufacturing/temperature conditions.
The worst case conditions for maximum leakage would be hot temperature and high Vs.
Thanks,
Alek Kaknevicius
Hi Alek-san
Hi Yokota,
What I measured was about 1uA across the voltage range.
Thanks,
