BQ25890: BQ25890 Vsys isn't right

Hi team,

My customer wants to use the BQ25890 as RC standalone with short D+ and D-. When without the battery, The Vbus is 5.1v, the Vsys only 1.7v,Do you have some ideas about it?

What is the load on SYS? Is it too much for the input current limit as set by ILIM resistor? What is the voltage measured at the IC's VBUS pin? Is it below the default VINDPM value of 4.4V?
