I am having the following problem. I am not sure about how to debug

The bms is Texas instruments bq76940evm. I have not connected any battery to the terminals running in simulation.it is fed with power supply voltage 45V DC but across the sixth cell the voltage in  bqstudio is 61mv but when I physically measure the voltage across each cell it is as a pack 45VDC and reducing by 3V as I keep measuring by reducing the series terminal of cells. Bqstudio is showing TDA  (terminate discharge alarm) XDSG( terminate discharge) SS ( safety status mode)

Is there a Firstout log available?

In such case how can I debug? Is there a way to bypass or mask the bits which are high
The communication with the bqstudio is ending within a minute
Please suggest!

    Hi Dripta,
    Did you configure the number of cells for your gauge correctly? pls follow the instructions in the user guide for the EVM on configuring the number of cells.

    The AFE cell Map is 0x7FFF as per the instruction manual for BQ76940EVM. This is the error message I am receiving. Do you think reinstalling bqstudio is a good option? I could not find the log fileanywhere inside the Texas Instruments folder.

    The log attached herewith. I tried reinstalling bqstudio but that didn't help. To update you about the case history the 15cell configuration was running fine but  it has happened all of a sudden. after I started to read data from I2C bus. When I connect my raspberry pi to the EVM i2c port after 12 sec(approx) it loses communication and to regain it i need to reset the evm but that keeps repeating.
