Is 12V the input or output voltage? could you specify both VIN and VOUT conditions? and, can you show your schematic, with component values accurately labeled?

Hi Peek,

The TPS61089 can output 12V/1A when Vin=3V if the conversion efficiency is higher than 85%. So what is your intput voltage, what kind of inductor you used in your design? please share your schematic and BOM so that we can double check it.
