Can you please provide the detailed schematic and layout for one example design for tps73801. This will be useful in adding this component to my design as well as in layout. Also you can point to any eval board for this regulator.

    Page 12 of the data sheet has a suggested schematic to follow.  As for the thermal layout guidelines, we have a general application note on basic thermal Management. http://focus.ti.com/lit/an/slva118/slva118.pdf . Additionally, we have put together an index for all LDO application notes http://focus.ti.com/general/docs/litabsmultiplefilelist.tsp?literatureNumber=sbva026 this is useful for looking up different topics on potential application issues with LDO's. Of course, you can always post questions here as well.
