when I put the output voltage of 5V, the out short circuit and then open and found that there will be 100us output of more than 10V.How can I Weaken the peak.

Can you provide a snapshot of your scope monitoring Vin, Vout, FB and Iout during this event?

What kind of load do you have? A schematic with your external components like input and output caps, resistors etc could also help.
