BQ27520-G4: What is the absolute maximum ratings of Tc and Tj

Hi, I get a question from customer asking about the max Tc and Tj of BQ27520-G4, and I can't find them in datasheet.

Will you have the associated information to share?

    Hi Kang,

         Yes, I read the datasheet, and in the Absolute Maximum Ratings section, there is no Tj and Tc ratings of BQ27520-G4.

         Tj is the junction temp, and Tc is the case temp. Customer needs the information to put on their spec.

         In the datasheet, we only have the Max Ta, which is 85C, but we didn't mention the max Tc and Tj.

         If there any concern to provide them?
