Dear Sir/madam,

We have bought LM5112MY/NOPB which is GaN gate driver from Mouser and have tried to layout.

However we could not find mechanical support to layout the device.

Could we get the mechanical data to layout the device ?

Thank you for your interest in the LM5112 driver. You can access the mechanical drawing, BXL universal footprint file, and STEP model at the following location: http://www.ti.com/product/LM5112/pinout-quality#cadsymfoot. For the specific device you mention, use the DGN package files.
