TPS51116: How to increase VTTREF while leaving VDDQ at 1.8V

Part Number: TPS51116

Hi Team,

I have a customer who is using the TPS51116.

The switcher for DDR2 is configured for 1.8V output. Therefore, VTT and VTTREF are 0.9V. They'd like to get VTTREF a little higher (1.0V); but keeping the switcher output at 1.8V. Are there any tricks to do this?

One thought is to add in a divider between VTT and VTTSNS that might produce a higher voltage at VTT and VTTREF. Let me know if this is possible to do.

Thanks,
Mitchell
