WEBENCH® Tools/TPS54332: what is the temp stands for in webench solution recommendation?

as shown above, what is the temp stand for? junction temp or case temp in webench recommended the TPS54332 solution after I entered my spec? thanks!

Hi Peng,

The temperature displayed is junction temperature of IC. And also you can cross check this value in opvals as shown in below image.

If you want to check the case temperature then please run thermal simulation by using thermal option as shown in below image and cross verify the IC case temperatures.
