TPS22924C: What is input capacitance of the ON pin?

The approximate value of the capacitance looking into the ON pin is very small, about 1pF. Out of curiosity, why is this information needed?

Customer is driving the ON pin with an FPGA output. The FPGA output failed. The FPGA pin connected to enable the TPS2292 stop functioning and measured as a low resistance to ground. FA came back as EOS. Customer was investigating root cause of this failure.
