BQ51021: soldering instructions

Part Number: BQ51021
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ51013B

Hi,

I want to use bq51021 as receiver side IC in our project. Before implementing the project i have to do some testings. so I am trying to design a PCB which taken the pins out as male headers. PCB is going to manufactured and i'm not going to worry about it. But the soldering has to be done by my self. I heard that  BGA soldering is a difficult thing with a hot air gun. I appreciate if someone can give me some advises.

thank you,
