TPS61194: The Vout of TPS61194 is wrong.

Part Number: TPS61194

My schematic is showed blow. The input Voltage is +12V. The Vout designed is +24V. But I can only get a +12V Vout. Plus, the Fault pin is low, so the led is on.

Hi,

Could you please clarify how many LEDs in series you connect on OUT1-OUT4? Also, could you please clarify how Vout was designed to be 24V?

No matter whether I connect load or not to the Output, Vout is 12V.
Vou is designed based on the equation from data sheet:
VMAX BOOST = (VBG/R13+ 0.0387 ) x R12 + VBG; In which VBG=1.2V, R13=130KΩ，R12=500KΩ。

You are most likely triggering a fault condition. You need to configure at least one of the four OUTx pins such that the voltage at the OUTx pin is higher than the input voltage and less than approximately 30% of VMAX BOOST. Unused OUT pins should be grounded but at least one has to be configured properly.
If you could share what you are trying to accomplish we may be able to give you more specific feedback.
