TPS7A7002: Off operation error

Dear TI,

TPS7A7002DDAR 5V input, 3.8V output is being used for parts.
If the 5V input voltage is maintained and the enable pin of the part is disabled,
The output voltage 3.8V drops very slowly.

Compared with other products, there is a difference as above.

    Hi,

    The TPS7A7002 does not have an active pull down circuit that will bring down the output voltage when the part is disabled. The output will only be discharged through the load. There are some newer regulators like the TPS7A92 that will have an output discharge circuit that would be suitable for your application.
