TPS543B20: About recommended resistor

Hi,

Could you tell me about SS/RAMP/VSEL/MODE pin setting resistor.
Data sheet has the following description.
''The E48 series resistors with no more than 1% tolerance are recommended"
However, Customer do not have the E48 series resistor.
I got two questions from customers.

1.Are these pin setting values linear with resistor?
2.When it does not have E48 series, What would be the best thing to do?

Hi,

1) I dont think the pin setting values is linear with resistor
2) I dont think the E48 is the important aspect here, the more important aspect is to get a resistor with 1% tolerance for setting these SS/RAMP/VSEL/MODE

1) The resistor values are non-linear.
2) The customer copied the wrong statement(no “worse” and not “more” ) from the datasheet. Please see below. So, 1% is fine. You can use E96 (that is what I always use).
