TPS780: 300mA pin Selectable LDO

Hello,

Maybe you can assist, my customer looking for a LDO which could toggle the output voltage using a Vset pin [Like the TPS780230300DRVT]. The max output current should be 250mA to 300mA [300mA is preferred].

Do you have LDO with the those specification?

Some regulators like TPS7A8300 and TPS7A47 have ANY-OUT™, where the voltage is programmable through external pins. Would something like this work for you?

Those LDO are too expensive for the customer. [probably because of the ability to carry high current I guess- 1A is over kill for our product].
He looking for maximum 300mA [he can deal with 250mA].

The Iq should be less (or equal) to 1uA

The output voltage need to be toggled from 3V to 2.2V (or 2.0) something in this area..

Unfortunately the only LDOs that have less than 1uA Iq do not have an output current level of 250 mA. The TPS780 would be the closest device to meeting these requirements.
