Hi sir,

My requirement is Digital potentiometer with high current like 100mA to 1A,the potentiometer is directly available in market but Cost is too high, I am planing normal digital potentiometer 20mA output current ,using current amplifier i am amplify the current with constant voltage it is posible or not?Which part number is suitable for this application suggest me ?in Ti any solution is available for DAQ .

Hi Naga,

What is the intended application? Are you trying to create a current source with a 100mA to 1A output range?

The project DAQ ,We are to planing to low cost Daq, using programble digital potentiometer we get output is analog volatge .The digital potentiometer maximum output current is 20mA ,that's why i am planing to maintain Constant volatge and maximum output current using op-amp?it is possible to design ?
