TPS22860: Need TYP and MAX Iq on Vin, Vbis, and Von pins

Datasheet table 7.5 and figures 4, 5 and 7 are difficult to interpret and reconcile. For the use case where VBIAS = 2.5 V, VIN = 2.5 V, VON = 0 V and with 10 kΩ connected to VOUT, I would like to know the total current flowing into the VIN and VBIAS pins (25 °C typical and max). For the use case where VBIAS = 2.5 V, VIN = 2.5 V, VON = 1.8 V and open circuit at VOUT, I would like to know the total current flowing into the VIN, VBIAS and VON pins (25 °C typical and max).

 

I found this data for 3.3V, in another tread, but need it as 2.5V conditions stated above.

    We do not have this specific data on hand, so to provide this information we will need to test this in the lab. My understanding is that you are looking to have two tests done, both described below:

    Test 1

    • VBIAS = VIN = 2.5V
    • VON = 0V
    • R_LOAD = 10kΩ
    • TA = 25C and 85C

    Test 2

    • VBIAS = VIN = 2.5V
    • VON = 1.8V
    • R_LOAD = OPEN
    • TA = 25C and 85C

    For both tests, total current into VIN, VBIAS, and VON will be measured. Is this correct?
