BQ25570: BQ25570 VBAT_OK_PROG Issue

Hi Team,

My customer is using BQ25570 in their project and meet issue during PP stage and plan to MP at once. They plan to set the VBAT_OK_PROG=2.4V and VBAT_OK_HYST=4.67V, but after the test it seems the VBAT_OK_PROG is about 4V which is not correct, VBAT_OK_HYST =4.67V which is correct. Can you help support on this issue as it's urgent to go to MP, thanks a lot! I attached the schematic as below for your check:
