    Hi Kobayashi-san,

    Accuracy should be related to the accuracy of the external crystal if a crystal is used, or the internal RC oscillator if it is used; however it may not be exactly the same due to additional clock gating. When using the internal RC oscillator, it has min/max of 15%, so we could expect TSLOT_LENGTH to vary by this much. This is not a characterized parameter.
