BQ24171: bq24171 / Resistor between ACSET and VREF at no ACFET and RBFET configuration

Hi,

Now I'm referring Fig 23 for no ACFET and RBFET configuration, then can we remove the resistor between ACSET and VREF? Please let me know the resistor value if we need to add it.

Hi Satoshi-san,

This resistor is not needed. The purpose of this resistor is so that you can apply voltage directly to ACSET for debugging purposes. I do not see any issues by removing this resistor and shorting ACSET to VREF.
