TPS63020 for 3.3V to 3.3V;
This is my waveform at start-up to Vin, I can't understand why there is a step at PGOOD before PGOOD reaches 3.3V?
and my PGOOD is connected to Vout with 4.7K ohm. test for 0% load.
Rpg=4.7k ohm
CH1 (Yellow): Vout; CH2:(Blue): PGOOD; CH3(Pink):Vin; CH4(Green): EN
Rpg=30k ohm
CH1 (Yellow): Vout; CH2:(Blue): PGOOD; CH3(Pink):Vin; CH4(Green): EN
Rpg=120k ohm
CH1 (Yellow): Vout; CH2:(Blue): PGOOD; CH3(Pink):Vin; CH4(Green): EN
