Hello,
I am using BQ21040 in my application.When i connect battery ,the IC becomes HOT and charge LED doesn't turn ON.
But when i connect another battery LED ON and battery charges,but again IC becomes HOT.
When i tried external load,in that case its working fine.
Can you tell me whats happening ?need any specific battery
