TPS51100: Please help check the TPS51100 power down test result

Dears,

could you please help check the test result of TPS51100 when power down？

you can see below test result about the VCC=5V and VTT=0.75V waveform when power down the TPS51100, you can see there is a peak(rising) firstly then decline to zero. is it make sense and work stable? why?
