We have also used TPS22901 to turn domains on/off, is there a way of slowing down the slewrate even more or a similar chip with lower slewrate?

Hi Laura,

If you are looking for a device with similar size and a slower slew rate, you could take a look at the TPS22916CN. This device also has no QOD and features a very low leakage when off and on. The product folder can be found here:
