I have a board based on BQ24133 Battery charger. Below is the schematic of the relevant portion.
The system is meant to charge a 2S Battery (7.4V,10Ah) @ 2A charging current with 12V DC input . Following are the voltages/settings at various points
Voltage @ ISET Pin = 0.4V (=>ICHG = 0.4/(20*0.01) = 2A)
Voltage @ ACSET Pin = 0.82V (=>IDPM = 0.82/(20*0.02) = 2.05A)
Voltage @ AVCC Pin = 11.49V
Voltage @ SRN Pin = 7.48V
Voltage @ OVPSET Pin = 1.29V
Voltage @ REGN Pin = 6.0V
Voltage @ VREF PIN = 3.3V
Voltage on ACDRV (@ R6) = 17.8V
Battery Voltage = 7.49V
R103 & R104 are not mounted (Since 2S Battery is used).
Note: Q9 is not mounted. I think Q9 is not required for testing Battery Charging.
I am able to see LD1 glowing. which indicates the Battery is charging. But I am unable to see any current consumption on the Input Power Supply. Request you to let me know where I am going wrong.
