WEBENCH® Tools/LMR23630: DCDC Inductor

Part Number: LMR23630

Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

Hi all,

I'm designing a board that uses the LMR23630 DCDC for converting 24V to 5 V@3A max. I have used that IC in several designs before, but always for reducing to 3.3V.

In my 3.3V designs I have always used the XAL5050-682MEB inductor (6.8uH, recommended by WEBENCH), and for the 5V version, I have used the same footprint but for the 10uH inductor that the design needs. But WEBENCH doesn't recommend any inductor with that footprint, my question is that if I can use the reference XAL5050-103MEC in this design (I'll change the footprint to one of the recommended ones in the next version)

   Thanks for your support,

   Regards,
