Dear all,

I do need to design a (low noise) DC-DC converter boosting my continuous voltage from either 5V or 6V to 120 to 150 V (adjustable)

Il has to operate at almost no load, ie only a few micro Amp..

Could you guys please advice an electronic scheme would best fit my needs ?

I forgot to mention a tiny detail : i need to pipe out -100 to -120 V from a positive rail.

It is hard to realize this.

You can use LM5001, and use charge pump tripler to to realize the 6Vin, 150V output. Please refer to the following picture. Just replace the TPS61170 with LM5001.
