Two kinds of package information are listed in the data sheet.

One of the YZP(R-XBGA-N8) in P21, Another of YZP008 in PACKAGE OUTLINE.

Which is correct YZP (R-XBGA-N8) or YZP008?

    Hi Taichi,

    The only difference between these two packatge drawings is the dimensions of D and E, and these will not change the recommended layout or footprint for the device. If outer dimensions are required, please use the information on page 21. I will work with our team to get this corrected.
