BQ40Z60: Single Site/Station tester Software

Are you referring to the bqMtester program? It is not compatible with the bq40z60. This device uses the bqMtester or the Advanced bqMtester hardware and the bqProduction program for a production level programming solution.

I'm referring to bqTester.exe or MultiStationTester.exe - both require configuration which don't seem to have BQ40Z60 in the drop down menu for target device

In general I find the documentation for the production software quite hard to navigate, are there any additional materials (like training materials, ppts) that I could be pointed to? That would be great.

Found the production software now, I had this a while ago and after downloading the BQ Tester thought the interface had just had a change.

Would still love to see any detailed training materials though if anyone has any available

The bqTester.exe or MultiStationTester.exe programs will not be updated to support the bq40z60. Here is a presentation that was offered at a BMS Deep Dive that may help with bqProduction.

The bq40z60 works with the HPA169. It will not support the charger, so you will connect PACK+ on the bqMtester to the VSYS point on the bq40z60EVM or the equivalent point on your module.
