Hello Yokota-san,

Max current on POWERGOOD pin is 5mA, listed in the absolute max table under "all pins other than power resources". Since this pin is open-drain, the current is defined by the pull-up resistor when POWERGOOD is set low.

For normal operation, I would not recommend going lower than 1kOhm pull-up resistor (1.8mA) to give margin.
