BQ24133: ACFET can't fully turn on

Hi Sir,

After plug in adapter without battery, the voltage between ACDRV and CMSRC is below 6V and can't fully turn on ACFET, but OV/UV function is ok from OVPSET setting.

But if insert battery and plug in adapter, then ACFET can be fully turned on.

Please help on this, thank you!!

Can you provide the schematic for this design? Are you using the EVM?

Chentsu,

Please provide scope shot of 15V2, SRN, PVCC and VREF on both conditions. One condition where you input voltage with no battery, and then input voltage with battery connected.
