Hi E2E,

I bought the TPS1H100A in web-market, I will make a evaluation.
I attached the evaluation network and waveform. Please see it.
The device can not does operation.

Could you point out an issue about it?
It itself requires urgency.

Hi ACGUY,

With VS and IN high, the output (OUT) should be the same as VS. Can you disconnect the electronic load and leave OUT floating? The e-load may be affecting the voltage on the output. Also, can you try switching the oscilloscope probes used to measure VS and OUT? That way we can figure out whether or not the probe is the issue.

Hi Alek,

Thank you for advice.
I changed from E-load to 1k-Ω resister. However, The situation did not improve.
Probes are no issue. I confirmed it by skew checker before the test.
I wll change the device.
