What is the size of the thermal pad for the VQFN package?

    Hi Abhijit,

    The mechanical drawing at the end of each PDS shows our package dimensions. The thermal pad for the TPS7A85A is 2 mm x 2 mm. I've included a picture of the mechanical drawing and highlighted the measurement of interest to make it easier for you in the future.
