My customer is using BQ24032A.
They have output voltage drop issue. How can I fix this issue. Help me.
Condition)
1. No USB input and No AC Input
2. Battery is removed and then connect
OUTPUT drop issue)
1. Removed battery
2. After the OUT voltage is below 500mV (0~500mV), and then battery(4.1V) connect.
3. Desired the OUT voltage about 4.1V, But OUT voltage is about 3.75V (Please refer below waveform)
( Blue = Battery voltage / Red = OUT voltage )
Normal operation)
1. Removed battery
2. Before the OUT voltage drops below 500mV (that is, OUT Voltage is still above 500mA) and then Battery(4.1V) connect.
3. OUT voltage is about 4.1V. This is normal.
( Blue = Battery voltage / Red = OUT voltage )
Question)
Why OUT voltage drop? and How can I debug?
Please help me and let me know hint or debugging point.
