TPS65217: How to remove the delay of turn-up

When I turn on TPS65217, there is about 200 ms delay, is there any way I can remove this delay? Or are there any other devices which could replace TPS65217 and offer voltage for AM3352?

    What do you mean there is a delay?

    A delay between when power is applied and when the power sequence is complete?
    Or do you mean a delay between when power is applied and the the power sequence is started (SYS and LDO1 turn on at Strobe 15)?

    Please be more specific and I'm sure we can help resolve your problem.
    If you provide oscilloscope screen shots, that will help better than a written explanation.
