I attached a file that is schematics of TPS62743

VBST : 5V / 50mA

VDD_M : 3.3V / 80mA

M_PWR_CTR : 1.8V

That is for Wearable Device.

Review my schematics , ASAP.

This looks ok. You likely have more caps on the 3.3V rail downstream at the point of load. Otherwise, the DC bias loss on C8 may be too high (depending on which part number you pick).

As well, the DFE C series is quite old. The DFE2012 S family is the newest and is smaller with better specs.

When using small case size caps like this, the printed/nominal value is unimportant. Rather, the effective capacitance at your working voltage is important. DC bias is strong in small case sizes.

Please use the GRM155R60J106ME11 shown in the D/S for good performance or increase the total capacitance at the output to 22uF nominal.

I'll fix "CC0402MRX5R5BB106[CAP 10u M 6.3V 1005 (X5R)]" for C8. Is it Ok?

I am unable to find a DC bias graph for that capacitor. You would need to try it and test your system for proper operation.

It is finally the responsibility of the customer to validate their system with their chosen components.
