Hello,
We are using TPS70933DBVR in one of our circuit, But the maximum output current from this LDO is 150mA. Please suggest a replacement which has output current of 500mA with the same package or very little modification.

HI Kiran,
What is your Vin and Vout for your application?
Also note, any LDO in a SOT-23 package will have some thermal challenges. So please pay attention to your nominal and peak power dissipation when selecting a linear regulator. For example, in a SOT-23 package, the TJA might be ~240C/W. What this means is in an application going from 5-3.3V at 500mA the power dissipation would be (5-3.3)*0.5 or 850mW. This times TJA is the rise of the regulators junction over ambient in this case it would be 0.85W*240C/W=204C!.
Regards,
Hi Kiran,
We have several LDOs that may fit your application needs. The easiest way to narrow our available LDOs to those that will fit your application is by using the parametric search. I have inputted your stated application requirements (Vin max greater than or equal to 10 V, rated current greater than or equal to 1 A, fixed Vout of 3.3 V) here.
As John mentioned, you will want to keep thermals in mind when selecting which package to use. Each datasheet provides a thermal information table to help you with determining if a device/package will work in your application from a thermal perspective.
Very Respectfully,
Ryan
