Hi,

We met a issue during cell balancing debugging:

When MCU send the first series of balancing command, the fault code of 1428 is 1011, and the input voltage on VDD_CP pin is only VSTACK+2V (the normal value should be VSTACK+2*VDDP in datasheet). do you have any idea about this?

    Hi Leo,
    From the datasheet figure 4 the bq_good should be set if the charge pump is running and VDD12V and VDDP are present. The charge pump voltage will depend on the VSTACK also, and control will depend on the 5V and VIO. I would suggest making sure all supplies are present and stable. It seems you have found the charge pump is not adequate. Be sure the charge pump components are installed with the proper polarity and firmly connected. The signal description below figure 8 in the datasheet may be helpful to identify a problem.
    The expected response would be the "No fault condition" of "A".
