Yes. The abs. max. rating for PMBUS interface pins in this device is 3.6V.

Inside the USB2GPIO dongle, these interface signals are pulled up to 3.3V. For customer application, pulling up these interface signals to 1.8V is recommended.

Seems due to the test difficulties, we didn’t characterize the threshold for these digital input pins.

According to my technical source:

"For customer application, pulling up these interface signals to 1.8V is recommended."

I take that as a yes.
