I would like to know about internal charge pump as the following,

- How much the frequency of the charge pump?

- Is the frequency and duty fixed?

- There is a internal oscillator. Is the frequency of charge pump same as the oscillator?

- The customer found some harmonic spectrum on the customer system around 130k~150kHz.

Do you think this spectrum is related to the frequency of the internal charge pump?

- If it so, do you have any guideline of layout for the noise issue?

I do not think the harmonic, around 150KHz, is due to internal charge pump. I will find out the charge pump information. Could you please send the curve? You may send it offline to m-harmouch@ti.com

Hello,

Charge pump frequency is 5MHz to 6MHz same as oscillator frequency with constant duty cycle. Harmonics between 130Khz and 150Khz is not due to charge pump. I asked for plots for analysis but did not receive them.

Thank you for your reply. I could not get the waveform from the customer.However they understood that the frequency of internal charge pump is higher than 150khz.
