TLV62095: ILIM with TJ range 25～125C

Hi all

Would you mind if we ask TLV62095?

If you have ILIM(High side FET switch current limit) with TJ range 25～125C, could you give us it?
The data sheet only shows ILIM data with Tj=25C.
Our customer needs this data as reference data.

Per page 1 of the D/S, please see the TPS62095 for a specification over a wider temperature range.

TPS62095 temparature range is -40C to 85C.
So, we would like to know the ILIM with -40C to 85C.
Will the value be the same?

I'm sorry, but this question is not clear.

TPS62095's current limit is specified over the entire operating temperature range. TLV62095 is just specified at 25 C.

So, could you let us know it?
And then, is TLV62095 specified at only 25C?

Per the D/S, the TLV62095's specifications are at 25 C only. TPS62095's specifications are over the full temperature range.

Each device can operate over the same, full -40 to 125 C temperature range, but the specs of the TLV are only given at 25 C.
